Welcome to the absolute carniage that is Sorry Park.
Sorry Park are easily one of the most talked about bands in our family conversations, trying to figure out who turned out to be the biggest disappointment. Spoiler alert: It's us.
Hailing from the South West of England we started Sorry Park in 2021, and in that time we have taken some...leaps. Our debut show took place at The Exchange in Bristol on Wednesday 25th August 2021, as a supporting band for local band Hightail UK. We were so pleased to see so many friends and family come and support us at our first gig, with over 100 people attending. We've since headlined the Bristol date of the 'All Balls On Deck' revolving headline tour...and it sold out?!
So, Bristol, you've set the bar very high. make sure to keep an eye out on our website and social media pages for news about upcoming shows. We will be expecting you there. (No exceptions Grandma).
Here is a little introduction to the people you will be seeing on stage at our gigs;
Jack
Jack, the pint-sized powerhouse with a voice that could shatter glass and a penchant for questionable fashion choices. Hailing from the gritty streets of Bristol. When he's not onstage, you can probably find him nursing a questionable tattoo or trying to find a new pair of sliders.
Ryan
Ryan, the self-proclaimed "Shredlord" from the quaint city of Gloucester, is a pop-punk guitarist with a knack for crafting chaotic riffs and a love for all things loud. When he's not fumbling through a guitar riff, you can probably find him arguing with his amp about tone, complaining about his back pain, or trying to convince his bandmates to let him add another unnecessary song to their set list.
Halil
Yes you read that right. Halil (Ha-lil, say it how you spell it) is the token diversity hire in the band. Halil hails from Turkey but currently resides in Bristol, and believe it or not, is the most Bristolian one in the band.
Halil will often be seen on stage as "the one with massive eyebrows", who also has a guitar, but why does it only have 4 strings?
Elliott
Elliott, the laid-back rhythm keeper from the historic city of Hereford, is a pop-punk drummer with a passion for powerful beats and a love for all things cozy. When he's not pounding the drums, you can probably find him curled up on the couch in his favorite pair of slippers, sipping tea, and simply enjoying the moment.
